Our Process

First we interview your team to understand how things are going at your organization: the morale, the performance, the relationship health, any threats, opportunities, needs, etc.

The process of refining the design for the retreat involves a mutual clarification of the needs and the services provided. Transparent stakeholder engagement on the needs and design solutions are encouraged. The more people engaged the bigger the opportunity for systemic gains.

We provide the agreed upon services, whether it’s coaching, people meetings, in person or online retreats, a novel tool for your particular organizational needs, establishing a deliberately developmental culture, or a series of mediated conversations between employees.
